Recruitment

We are responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training staff and volunteers needed for your event. This includes hiring security personnel, ticketing staff, ushers, vendors, and various other positions required to manage the event.

Onboarding

We are responsible for onboarding staff to ensure they are properly integrated into the team and equipped to perform their role effectively. This includes but is not limited to the preparation of employment contracts, confidentiality agreements and tax forms.

Training

We organise and faciliate training sessions to ensure that staff and volunteers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. This may include customer service training, safety protocols, and specific job-related training.
